Hey it's my first blog ever. I have never done this before and everything is being made up as I go along. See, I am honest. More truth time. I hardly watch TV. The only time is when i eat after i get home from school,, and it is not the news. Needless to say I have never seen a single debate or politcal ad. Sometimes i catch advertisements for proposition voting but that is it. As far as our abysmal candidate choices go, I still like Obama alot. I think he can do things, maybe bad things too but owell. There really is no good option anymore. Either one wins i do not think they will live long. He Obama wins he will probably be assasinated, and if Mccain wins hell get a stroke from the excitment of his victory. Seriously a 72 year old president? Come on man. What if he forgets he is president one day? Senility is ugly. A senile president can be a nightmare i do not want to experience. What everything boils down to is that I honestly do not trust anyone. People lie, they all lie. Everyone just tells us what they think we want to hear. So that is why I dont vote. Because i just do not trust people. I will most likley move back to Budapest after I get my english degree anyway, God willing i get that far lol. I am determined to do it though. I always love it there more, it is nice not having to drive everywhere and get extorted by the gas company. I dont know what else to say because my brain is in an ocean of dreams and unawareness. I could fall asleep right now but the sheer pain of starvation is the sole force that keeps me awake right now. Man i am dreading this to be read in class. Please dont do it, but if were here then its already too late.Goodnight world. Ill write more when i can make up another paragraph in my mind since i have no idea about anything. This is all a big fantasy tale. None if it is real hahahaa.

It's very true that people lie all the time. It might be hard to rely on others but you should try having more belief in your own opinion. You have the gift to take all this information given to you, true or not, and process it in a way that suits you. Your first blog is pretty funny and very honest. I have found by blogging that our opinion can matter. Anyone can be a part of the public sphere here and you only have to trust others as much as you want. It is an alternative source of information and opinion. Good Job, Keep going!

well im glad someone posted what i feel! i was to afraid to express myself but you seem to have done a good job. Before i started this class i didnt know a thing about politics. I didnt know and still dont know what Obama stands for (other than Change) but i still wanted him to win. I also dont watch much tv. And when i do its also not the News. I tend to just watch Family guy or the simpsons. i enjoyed reading your first blog.
